BG Supercharge

BG Supercharge
Fuel additive for petrol vehicles

The quality of the fuel available to consumers can vary significantly especially in a country like Nepal where there is always a scarcity of petrol resulting in a highly adulterated fuel. Using BG Supercharge at regular intervals can help clean deposits that may form in fuel injectors, intake valves, combustion chambers and carburetors during normal vehicle operation. And while some vehicles are more prone to deposit formation than others, any vehicle may be susceptible depending on age, driving conditions and other factors. When these deposits form, a vehicle can experience knocks and pings, hesitation, rough idle, hard starting and lost performance. Adding a specially formulated fuel additive such as BG Supercharge can help resolve these problems to a certain degree and serve as a first step in basic vehicle maintenance. BG Supercharge also stabilizes the fuel and can be efficiently used for fuel storing purpose.
BG Supercharge does not harm the materials used in fuel system. Catalytic converter and oxygen sensor are safe.
Recommendation
  • Use BG Supercharge at a regular interval of 2000Kms.
  • Pour an entire bottle of BG Supercharge into the fuel tank completely filled with fuel.
  • BG Supercharge can treat up to 57 liters of petrol.

BG Engine Flush

BG Engine Flush
Keeping Your Engine Clean

Q) What is Engine Flushing? When is it done and at what interval?
A) We know that once the engine is run over a period of time there are a lot of deposits (sludge) that get accumulated in the piston ring belt, hydraulic lifters, rocker arms and other critical engine parts. These deposits must be removed to restore the power and performance of an engine and prolong the life. Engine Flushing is the complete removal of these deposits along with the used engine oil during an oil change.
BG Quick Clean for Engines is the chemistry used for the engine flushing. Engine flushing is done at the time of servicing (before replacing the engine oil) and is recommended at every alternate servicing (10,000Kms interval).

Q) Isn’t regular draining of the engine oil sufficient for removing the sludge? Why is flushing required?
A) If you have ever seen your vehicle being serviced, you must have noticed that the method for replacing the engine oil is by opening the drain plug and leaving it for a while then replacing it with new oil. Well, this is the conventional method and has been followed over the years but the recent research shows that this is not the best method for the engines. When we manually drain the oil because of the viscous nature, only 75%-80% of the oil is drained and the remaining 20% of the used oil remains in the engine at various parts. Now when we replace with the new oil the remains of the used oil degrades the quality and brings down the life of the new oil. The vehicle owner not being aware of this continues to run the vehicle for the same interval as prescribed by the manufacturer. This process continues and by the time the vehicle is slightly old it starts exhibiting problems of various degrees.
The solution to this is using BG Quick Clean for Engine (Part No: 105) before draining the oil as directed by the BG Professional. This will reduce the viscosity of the used oil and sludge significantly and make it free flowing like the water. So now when the used oil is drained, complete draining takes place cleaning the engine.
This is the difference which has been adopted world-wide to the conventional method of engine oil replacement for better performance.

BG De-Carbonization

BG De-Carbonization
Optimize your Vehicle's Performance

Q) What is a BG De-Carbonization? Why do we need it?

A) Firstly, let's break down what the term "De-Carbonization" really means. Basically, when we say de-carbonization we mean removing the carbon build up within the engine.

Automotive engines today are more efficient than they have ever been. They have higher power to weight ratio and use less fuel even when cruising at high speed. Because they are so efficient and finely tuned, their performance can easily be ruined by a buildup of deposits and dirt in the fuel system. The engine's sensors and computer modules may be working properly but if there is a physical barrier stopping the fuel from reaching the combustion chamber, there will be a loss of power and performance.

We also have situations when the sensors and modules detect that there is a disturbance and make adjustments to compensate it but in so doing lose power and performance (e.g. combustion chamber deposits cause pinging and the computer retards the timing which reduces power and performance).

Carbon is the leading factor for the following symptoms in all engines,

1 Difficulty in Starting

2 Rough Idling

3 Hesitancy

4 Poor Acceleration

5 Loss of Power

6 Excessive Fuel Consumption

7 Increased Emission

BG Products have developed revolutionary products called BG Air Intake System Cleaner and BG Fuel Injection System Cleaner for Petrol vehicles which can efficiently clean the deposits that are building up along the fuel injection system and the air intake system. In every engine deposits will form in the injectors, behind the intake valves and also in the combustion chamber. The only variant is how quickly they form and to what extent they interfere with the operation of the engine. Cleaning these deposits with BG De-Carbonizing Service prevents these deposits from causing major problems.
